      Returns & Refunds

      Because the majority of our clothing products are custom printed and unique to each order, they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed. 

      All non-clothing items will also only be eligible for a refund if the product itself is flawed. 

      If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it unused for an exchange for the same item, or full refund.  

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initially shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

      You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.  We must be contacted first.

      Please Contact Us at customerservice@topzmart.com with your order number and details of the product you have a query about. We will respond with instructions for how to process your refund, or return an item from your order.

      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

      Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

      Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

      We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items.  We are also not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:- perishable goods, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, or some health and personal care items

      Sale items (if applicable) 

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@topzmart.com . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
