      14 Day Return Policy

      We want to make sure you love your order so if you receive a faulty product we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will provide a solution.

      Damaged/Quality Issues

      Because our products are custom printed and unique to each order, they will only qualify for a full refund if the product itself is flawed. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it unused for an exchange for the same item, or full refund.

      For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Sale items

      All sales or promotional items sold at a discount are full and final.


      PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

      Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.

      Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.

      We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace them.
